Successful companies will be those that can adapt quickly and embrace people with suitable skills. Needless to say, innovation is quickly becoming a survival skill for next generation leaders.

For today’s youth, innovation means providing ideas out of the blue, leading to significant discoveries and achievements. However, there's more to it than that. Innovation is not necessarily coming out with all new product or service, it can be a minor change in business process or service model that add value in terms of efficiency, productivity and quality. Therefore, innovation is not a one time achievement, it is a habit and should always be a part of one's approach.

Therefore, to imbibe the traits of innovation among the youth, ICT Academy organizes Youth Innovation Summit 2018 for the students of higher education. The Summit will provide a rich, collaborative environment exposing them to innovative ideas and processes that will ignite their interests and get prepared for their future careers.
